Comrade Payment Declares: He’s Coming, Ready to Serve, Ready to Lead - NAPS Southwest

DECLARATION OF AMBITION FOR THE POSITION OF SOUTHWEST COORDINATOR, NAPS


Solidarity greetings to all Stakeholders, Senators, and ever-gallant Comrades of the National Association of Polytechnic Students (NAPS) — the umbrella body representing all Polytechnics, Monotechnics, Colleges of Education, and all institutions offering National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programs.


I, Comrade Ogunsola Adewale John (P.K.A. Payment), declare my intention to contest for the position of Southwest Coordinator of the National Association of Polytechnic Students (NAPS). My aspiration is driven by a strong commitment to improve student welfare, strengthen representation, and promote unity across all polytechnics in the Southwest region.





2. Summary of Intentions

The aspirant has expressed the following core intentions:

    To serve as a dedicated and passionate representative of polytechnic students in the Southwest region.

    To leverage his skills, experience, and network to promote student welfare and advancement.

    To foster a united, inclusive, and dynamic student community that encourages positive change and promotes academic excellence.


3. Key Objectives

If elected, the aspirant aims to pursue the following objectives:

    Champion the welfare, rights, and interests of students.

    Foster regional unity, cooperation, and strong engagement across all institutions.

    Promote academic and extracurricular excellence through impactful initiatives.

    Provide effective representation and advocacy at all levels.

    Enhance the visibility, relevance, and reputation of NAPS within the Southwest zone.


4. Vision

I envisions a united, proactive, and progressive student community where every member has access to resources, opportunities, and support necessary to excel academically, socially, and professionally.


5. Action Plan

Upon election, I Comrade Ogunsola Adewale John (P.K.A PAYMENT )pledges to:

    Work tirelessly to address the challenges faced by students within the zone.

    Engage stakeholders, school unions, and relevant authorities to defend student rights.

     Implement programs and initiatives that build capacity and encourage development.

     Uphold transparency, accountability, and inclusiveness in all activities.

     Ensure strong representation of the Southwest at the national level.

6. Conclusion

With full commitment to service and leadership, I Comrade Ogunsola Adewale John (P.K.A. Payment) formally declares my ambition to contest for the position of Southwest Coordinator, NAPS, and seeks the support of all stakeholders within the Southwest region.
